To register your account online:

  • Select Access for Residents
  • Select First time user click here
  • Enter the Security Code from your bill – our site is case sensitive so please enter in all caps
  • Fill out the form and create your user login and password
  • You will receive  a confirmation of registration, select the “Click Here” to continue
  • Enter your username and password and select login
  • You are now logged in to your Resident Account Information.  From this page you can view past and current invoices, change your account preferences (username, password etc.) and make payments online

GO GREEN sign up for EBILL. With this you will receive your monthly invoice via email:

  • Login to your account
  • Select EBILL and follow the prompts to verify your email address.
  • An email will be sent to this address with a verification code.
  • We recommend you copy and paste this code.
  • Select sign on paperless ebill.
  • Please read agreement and check box agreeing to paperless ebill.

What type of payment methods can I use to pay my bill?

  • GreenCheckPay through your online Bill Pay with your bank and Oates receives the payment electronically, eliminating postal delays and paper checks.
  • On Demand Payment – You can pay your bill online by logging into your account.  Oates Energy Inc. provides a secure portal to process your payments by both credit/debit card using a master card or visa or one time ACH draft from your checking/savings account. Please note a $3.00 transaction fee will be assessed on each On Demand payment transaction.
  • Automatic Payment Option To register for automatic payment draft contact Oates Energy Customer Service at 1-800-717-9811, simply provide your bank ACH routing number and account number and your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your checking/savings account.
  • Mail in a Check or money order (please make sure your account number is on your check or money order) – If you wish to send in a check or money order please mail it to:

Q: I did not receive an invoice. Why?

A: Your monthly statement is postmarked the day of billing and is mailed out the following business day.  Please contact your local post office if you are not receiving your bill in a timely manner.  You may also sign up for our ebill option thus eliminating paper bills all together.

Q: I am moving out. Please close my account or remove my name from the bill.

A: Oates Energy does not accept move out information. Please contact your property management office.

Q: What is the average bill for a unit my size/number of people?

A: Please contact our customer service department for specific information regarding your invoice.

Q: Can I change my billing date or my due date?

A: Your monthly invoice is generated and calculated on or around the same billing day each month. The due date is directly related to the invoice date and we are unable to change the due date.

Q: When will a late fee be assessed?

A: If a payment is not received on or before the due date the late fee is automatically assessed the following business day after the due date.
