While our field technicians are retrofitting your residences with new utility submetering equipment or repairing and/or upgrading your existing submetering systems, you will be coordinating with your new Client Relations Manager.  Your manager will familiarize you with one of the industry’s top online utility billing management platforms and provide you with the guidance to notify your residents of the transition to Oates Energy utility billing.

Condominiums that already have water, electric or gas submetering installed:

When we are asked to takeover utility billing and submetering for a new client, there are usually some existing issues with the current submetering systems. We often replace older meters with newer remote-read meters for added efficiency. If your property has an existing submetering system, we will work with you to make any necessary repairs or upgrades, and make sure that your entire submetering system is functioning properly.

Condominiums that do not have water, electric or gas utility submetering systems:

If your condominium community or building does not have utility submetering installed and you are interested in using utility submeters, we will provide you with a plan for a submetering solution that best meets your needs. And you will not have to worry about finding a utility contractor to install your new submetering system. Our utility submetering solutions are turn-key and include all submeters and associated equipment, installation and final testing. If you prefer not to submeter your resident’s utility usage, we can help you develop a RUBS formula based on criteria that you define.
